Do I have to leave QuickBooks?
No. ClearOrder runs your day-to-day operations while QuickBooks Online keeps your books underneath, kept in sync automatically. You're adding an operational layer, not throwing out your accounting system.
What does setup involve?
We handle it as a guided setup: we bring over your vendors, customers, items, and open orders, clean the data on the way in, and flag old orders that were already filled before they inflate your numbers. If you are moving off QuickBooks Desktop, that is planned as part of the same rollout. It's part of every rollout, not a separate product you have to figure out alone.
Does ClearOrder connect to QuickBooks Online?
Yes — through a secure connection, your vendors, customers, inventory, and invoices stay in sync. Operations happen in ClearOrder and flow down to QuickBooks Online so your ledger stays current.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every company's data is fully isolated from every other — enforced at the database level, not just the interface.
