Drop your QuickBooks Desktop export here

Accepts .IIF and .CSV exports — customers, vendors, items, accounts, or sales orders. Drop several at once.

How do I export these from QuickBooks Desktop?
For lists (Customers, Vendors, Items, Chart of Accounts):
  1. In QuickBooks Desktop, go to File → Utilities → Export → Lists to IIF Files.
  2. Check the lists you want (Customer, Vendor, Item, Chart of Accounts).
  3. Save the .IIF file somewhere you can find it, then drop it above.
For sales orders or any report:
  1. Open the report (e.g. Reports → Sales → Open Sales Orders by Customer).
  2. Click Excel → Create New Worksheet → Export to .csv.
  3. Drop the .CSV above.

Not sure? Drop whatever you have — the tool figures out what each file is.

What the audit checks

  • Record counts for every list — builders, vendors, items, accounts
  • Duplicate names that clutter a new system
  • Blank required fields that can fail to import
  • Inactive / hidden records you don't need to carry over
  • Open & ghost sales orders QuickBooks Online can't hold
  • A plain-English health score and pre-migration checklist

Prove it's private — yourself

Don't take our word for it. Turn off your Wi-Fi, then run the audit — it still works, because the whole thing is JavaScript running on your own computer. Nothing is sent anywhere, there's no account, and we never see your file, your numbers, or your email. Close the tab and it's gone.

Built by a supplier who made this move

ClearOrder runs a residential construction supply business on its own software — including the QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online migration this audit is built for. The ghost sales-order check is the same one that surfaced $192K of phantom demand in our own books. This tool is the first step we wish we'd had.

Is my financial data really safe?
Yes. The audit reads your file locally in your browser and analyzes it on screen. Your file is never uploaded, stored, or transmitted to ClearOrder or any server — you can confirm this yourself by running it with your internet disconnected.
Do I need an account or my email?
No. There's no sign-up, no email, and no login. Open the page, drop your export, read your report. You only hear from us if you choose to reach out.
What files does it accept?
QuickBooks Desktop .IIF list exports (customers, vendors, items, chart of accounts) and .CSV report exports such as Open Sales Orders. Drop several at once — the tool identifies each one. The export steps are above.
Will you contact me after I run it?
Only if you ask. We don't capture your file, your results, or your contact information, so there's no automatic follow-up. When you're ready, the report has a button to reach us.

The part no generic tool catches

ClearOrder was built for residential construction suppliers. Once your data is in, we run a ghost sales-order audit — the same one that caught $192K of phantom demand in our own books — so stale open orders don't quietly inflate your new system. We also help preserve builder/lot references and vendor-SKU mappings that a standard QuickBooks Online migration can drop.
